Introducing Maribeso C'est la Vie

Our litter of 3 boys and a girl born on June 25th/09 have all gone to their new homes now except the little girl who we are running on to see if she turns out to be our next show girl.

She is on the smaller side so we hope she will continue to grow. She is definitely full of attitude and spunk! Her call name is Vivi. She is probably the most independent puppy we have ever had. She does not need to know where we or the other dogs are as she is completely at ease on her own. She can also be a little stinker with the leash as she really feels like she should be able to come and go as she pleases! If looks could kill then when we put a leash on her we would be 10 ft under. :) We are progressing though and hopefully she will be ready by Feb for the start of a new show year!

New Canadian Champion!

Harlow is now a Canadian Champion! After only 3 weekends of showing she has achieved 7 Best Puppy in Group, 1 Best Puppy in Show, a Group 1st, Group 2nd and a Group 3rd. Thank you to the judges for recognizing the beauty and quality of Harlow. Thank you to Terri-lee Cossar Foley for her guidance and handling of Harlow. Top 2 photos are courtesy of Todd Foley. Now she will take time to mature and maybe try to be the first Canadian Pharaoh to get some obedience titles. :)

Fredericton show weekend!

Well Back from another weekend show and very exhausted! We had Harlow and Gabe entered in 2 shows. Gabe, Ch.Canisphere Arc Angel, took BOB on Friday with some tough competition even though he had just blown his coat (argh)!

Harlow "Osiris Saturday Night Diva" our Pharaoh, did very well for only her second weekend out! She took BOB, BP, then went on to a Group 2nd, BPIG in Hounds on Saturday. On Sunday she decided to do even better and came away with BPIG and a Group 1st in Hounds. A BIG THANK YOU! to Terri-lee Foley Cossar for handling her. Here are a couple of pics from the weekend of Harlow. Just 7 months old but she really knows how to sparkle in the ring!

June 20th-21st show weekend!

Well we had a good time at the shows and a small vacation around it. We stayed in a lovely cottage and got plenty of R&R.

The show weekend was good for both our dogs we had entered. It was Harlow, our Pharaoh Hound, first shows and at 6 months 1 week she took 3 Best Puppy in Groups and finished the weekend with a Best Puppy in Show. Woohoo!

Gabe, our specials Papillon, was entered in 2 shows and in both shows took a group 1st. Way to go Gabe! He is only 13mths but shows like a dream. The pics are a bit blurry but will add them anyway.

Another hot beach day!

We found another private area along the ocean to let the dogs have some fun!
It has been a busy day!
Poppy looking tired after a long day!
Rumour is now dry and ready for a nap!
Rumour, the phalene, ear's are caught in the wind!

Maya with her granddaughter Rumour (both have an all white body and identical masks)

Is it a bird, is it a fish? Nope its Gryphyn

Poppy

Rumour watches from the sidelines. She is still not too sure about swimming!

Maya looking for fish! We are sure if there is any such thing as past lives then Maya was a fisherman.

Maya fishing while Harlow watches over her flock! :)

"Don't even think of taking my piece of grass!" says Chanel

hmm! something smells really good here.

Again Maya fishing! She pounces on anything that moves! Just a white blurr in the ocean.

"Did you say ball?"

I will find that rock! Gryphyn has no problem putting his head under water now to teach him anything else but the doggie paddle!

Is summer here?

Fun in the sun! It was 28-33 celcius for a few days in a row here so we took the gang to the beach. We live in Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia about 4 minutes outside of the City of Lakes, Dartmouth. We are across the street from the ocean and surrounded by some of the best beaches in the area. Our dogs couldn't help but love the water! :) This was Harlow's (our Pharaoh)first real experience of Maritime living and I think she gave it the paws up!

A dirty but happy Harlow

The dogs didn't even notice the wind surfers!

What is this?????

Chanel, who is aptly named, doesn't get to dirty ever!

The race is on!
