Well we had a good time at the shows and a small vacation around it. We stayed in a lovely cottage and got plenty of R&R.
The show weekend was good for both our dogs we had entered. It was Harlow, our Pharaoh Hound, first shows and at 6 months 1 week she took 3 Best Puppy in Groups and finished the weekend with a Best Puppy in Show. Woohoo!
Gabe, our specials Papillon, was entered in 2 shows and in both shows took a group 1st. Way to go Gabe! He is only 13mths but shows like a dream. The pics are a bit blurry but will add them anyway.

Well done. We have(in UK)red rosettes where you have blue. Red is a 1st, blue is a 2nd. What does does "specials" mean?

Thanks! Specials is when they are finished their championship and are going for points/position in top dogs in Canada. They enter into the ring when Best of Breed is being judged after the class dogs. We are not really campaigning Gabe this year as he is quite young but keeping in form to campaign next year. He enjoys the ring!
